Authorized operational use

Agent Lexi is provided for authorized maintenance coordination, job tracking, reference retrieval, and troubleshooting support. Users must protect their account and enter information they are permitted to share with the maintenance team.

Safety and professional judgment

Agent Lexi does not replace workplace procedures, equipment manuals, engineering review, trained tradespeople, lockout/tagout requirements, or applicable law. AI-generated and historical information can be incomplete or incorrect. Users must verify critical information and follow approved safety procedures before acting.

Acceptable use

Users may not attempt to bypass access controls, expose credentials, upload unlawful material, interfere with service operation, or use the application outside its authorized maintenance purpose.

Availability and changes

The application may be updated, interrupted, or withdrawn as operational needs change. Reasonable safeguards and backups are maintained, but uninterrupted availability and error-free output are not guaranteed.

Privacy

Use of Agent Lexi is also governed by the Privacy Policy, including its explanation of Google OAuth and Gmail API use.
