Agent Lexi is a private maintenance coordination application for tracking active jobs, sharing concise shop-floor status, preserving plant knowledge, and providing targeted troubleshooting assistance.
What the application does
- Maintains shared Millwright, Electrical, and Oshawa job queues.
- Displays current priorities and status updates on a read-only TV board.
- Stores job history, photos, work-order information, and reference documents for authorized users.
- Uses AI only when an authorized user requests work-order reading or troubleshooting assistance.
- Sends transactional messages such as password-reset and maintenance-status notices.
Google account accessAgent Lexi requests permission only to send email from its own Gmail account. It does not request permission to read the inbox, contacts, or existing messages.
Who can use it
The operational application is restricted to approved maintenance personnel and its read-only display account. Public access is limited to these informational pages.
